We understand the faith you're placing in us when you purchase our products online without having the opportunity to see them in person. It is our wish that our detailed product descriptions and images will ensure that you will be happy with your selections. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please feel free to contact us so that we can insure you select the right product for your needs.
In the event you find you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain an R/A (Return Authorization) number. Please include your order number in all correspondence for faster service. All returns must be authorized and pre-arranged with Trystology. Not all products are returnable due to the personal nature of the products sold. As you can appreciate, used items cannot be returned.
Returning Passion Tools-
Items with a valid manufacturer defect are always eligible for exchange. If you are having issues with any product purchased through the website, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve any issues you might be having and get your product restored to working order or replaced.
Returning Lubes, Lotions and Cleaners-
Within 14 days of purchase, you may return any unused/unopened item. All original packaging must be intact. We will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect when you contact us.
The address we provide for returning an item may vary depending on the item. Please use only the return address we provide you with in your Return Authorization email.
Trystology is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Trystology is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
